AN EDIT: to address the business response: Cool, I guess I’m not that upset about my pants being gone for a long time, I probably could have checked on when they would be ready myself. However I was told “it will be a couple of weeks” not an actual date. I am more worried about how my pants came back in basically worse condition than I left them and there is no response to that?? Also if you can’t fix your cash register to show accurate prices then charge what it prints.

Camelot Cleaners Highway 152 Mustang Ok I sent my comforter in for cleaning and this is the damage that was done to my pillow sham, this was very upsetting when I seen this and called the cleaners the next day to speak to the manager, I called repeatedly to get this resolved only to have his employee call me after 2 weeks of me trying to get a hold of him, he never had the courtesy of himself to call me, only to say that he was not responsible for this damage to my pillow sham. this is very poor service and I would advise anyone of using this cleaner to do any of your items and they do own up to good business ethics. I would not even give this business a 1 star

Brand new dress- J Mendel. Elegant. Chiffon black top with bone in bodice to a flared skirt. Never worn, only tried on for purchase. Took it in for cleaning for my Anniversary. Returned to me ruined. Holes in the mesh. Was told at first that they couldn't clean it because I brought it in with holes. When I showed them the before pictures of the dress on the mannequin, they said they would tell the owner. Who wrote on a sticky note that the causation of the holes were because of the built in wire bra and was a poor design by J Mendel and that I should contact the designer.
