Bryan, the owner of 5Coat, is the real deal. He is genuine and upfront about the whole process. He helped me navigate the insurance process and interpret the paperwork, and he explained all my options with great patience. He employs the best workers, fastidious and quick, going the extra mile to take care of my property while on site. Thank you 5Coat for my new roof and helping to secure my property from the harsh elements for years to come!

5Coat was amazing! Bryan was the ONLY roofer who came out with paperwork to show what he was telling us. He sent a detailed report of damages seen within 48 hours. He helped us navigate the insurance process, including denials, for over 3 months. He tarped it during the multitudes of storms we received as well. Once approved, less than a week, and we are enjoying our new, beautiful, well-crafted roof!
He never spoke down to us, respected our time and needs, and walked with us completely.
During the installation, the team was equally respectful and efficient.
