My husband and I premade appointments for 12:30 and 1. We checked in at 12:15. The list on the wall presumably tells order of arrival/appointment, however we have been at the top of the list (and since fallen off) while 5 other names have been called. Did not get called back for my 12:30 appointment until 1:27. Once we went back, staff was really courteous.

I had never used any type of Urgent care facility before. Didn't really know what to expect. However, I was very pleased with my experience. Especially since it was on New Year's Day. The staff was very prompt, very courteous and very professional. For me, it was a really good fit! Thank you Xpress Wellness.

I’m a Military Air Force Veteran and needed to get checked out while visiting relatives and Xpress Wellness Urgent Care really did take great care of me. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and caring. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you very much.
