The nurses are completely unprofessional. They interrupt you and will hang up on you. I complain about my stomach for a year and it eventually got so bad I ended up in the hospital. Which the doctor I like but I kept having issues with getting my test results and the staff unprofessional behavior. I was with that clinic from al.ost the day they opened but I had had enough. They called me the day of my biopsy to tell me I needed a biopsy. They tried to say they just got the results but I know in the past I would have to call and have my test results dropped into the portal so I could get the results. Shelley was absolutely amazing. She did more in one visit than my past doctors have done in a year. I had been trying to get a continuous glucose monitor for two years and after seeing her my prescription was ready in 20 minutes. I’ve read peoples comments, saying that this DOCTORS OFFICE are not good with mental disorders. Well, of course not they’re not a licensed therapist! If you need help for a mental disorder, go to Green country or someone that specializes.
