Very clean place. Friendly staff. Quick to get us checked in and back into a room. Nurse came in and did her assessment quickly and the doctor came in shortly thereafter. I think we were in and out in maybe 30 minutes and on our way. Very pleasant experience all around.
My family of 7 had to be seen tonight for illness. The DR was absolutely amazing. We live an hour away and drove to Muskogee just to see this specific provider Dr. Shakeel because of the level of care he provides being that we have been seen here before. Hands down would recommend this facility to anyone if you're not able to get into your primary on short notice.
The nurse practitioner is very knowledgeable however the older lady at the front desk is rude very judgemental and unprofessional. She would be the person you first come in contact with when you go in the door. I looked for a email to email regarding the interaction I had. Found no email that is why I am posting here. The same lady screamed at my friend over the phone. I had not been back for a year. A year ago I had the same experience with the same lady. I was hoping that would have changed in a year. SHE IS RUNNING OFF AND TREATING YOUR PTS BAD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS
