Called on a Friday night (because of course it would be a Friday night when we need help) and talked to a very nice customer service rep who answered my questions and had someone scheduled to come out the next day. The plumber (Luke) was professional and effective and fixed the clog quickly. The other 24/7 companies I tried had AI answering systems that wasted time and kept calling me back, I appreciate Roto-rooter having real people on the other end!

I would like to recognize Kelsey “Mo” Moen and Afeez Ologolo for their exceptional work and professionalism. Mo performed a hydrostatic test at my residence and identified several leaks. She took the time to clearly explain the issues and provided detailed guidance on the necessary repairs.
In addition, I requested the installation of a cleanout and a new P-trap to address washer backup issues. Mo was able to schedule the work within the same week, which was greatly appreciated.
