Jordan was AWESOME! He came out to solve a water leak and to fix pressure. He took care of everything including identifying the real culprit which was HVAC related. I'll call this company again for sure!
Called on a Friday night (because of course it would be a Friday night when we need help) and talked to a very nice customer service rep who answered my questions and had someone scheduled to come out the next day. The plumber (Luke) was professional and effective and fixed the clog quickly. The other 24/7 companies I tried had AI answering systems that wasted time and kept calling me back, I appreciate Roto-rooter having real people on the other end!
I would like to recognize Kelsey “Mo” Moen and Afeez Ologolo for their exceptional work and professionalism. Mo performed a hydrostatic test at my residence and identified several leaks. She took the time to clearly explain the issues and provided detailed guidance on the necessary repairs.
In addition, I requested the installation of a cleanout and a new P-trap to address washer backup issues. Mo was able to schedule the work within the same week, which was greatly appreciated.
Mo and Afeez arrived promptly, were highly professional, and immediately got to work. The entire job was completed in one day, and the quality of their work was exceptional.
