Not a good experience at all.
Ok trucks and ok trailers however they keep all empty trailers locked with glad hand locks and most of them are out of service for some reason.
The miles wasnt there and I only got a max of 1700 at best.
Always having to argue over appointment times not being set right cause they was either to short on time or to way much time.
Office employees can befriends outside of work but no drivers at we allowed to be friends with office staff outside of work.
They interfere in your personal life and even use Facebook to contact family members without your knowledge..

Started with RTI in Kansas City a little over 4 months ago then was moved to this terminal here in Muskogee for dedicated runs. Abdolutely the smallest, bare bones terminal I have ever been too haha. But what all do you need at one besides a shower, restroom and a tv lounge area? Miles are my concern and I def get those here! Im here to drive. Not sit around in awe in an extravagant terminal.Everyone is really nice. Love it here. My DM , Dean Blood, is hands down the best one I've ever had. Very communitive 'people person' and keeps me running. Im NEVER sitting around waiting for a load. Best company I have ever driven for.

Bill really is appreciative of his drivers and has done a lot over the years to help them. Even as we all face a shrinking freight market and dropping rates, I'm just glad we're with a company that looks out for drivers as much as it can.Nowhere is perfect but for us, we love driving for Bill and RTI!
