OKSoftwash Roof & Exterior Cleaning responded quickly to my request for a quote for cleaning my roof and exterior stucco. I reviewed their quote and scope of work and thought their price was reasonable. I contacted them requesting they provide Certificates of Insurance with my name listed as the Certificate Holder which they did provide to me. We arranged a time and day for the cleaning service and they showed up on time with all the equipment needed for their service and went to work immediately. I thought the cleaning would take two days. They completed the entire job in about seven hours and cleaned my windows too. It is refreshing to do business with a Company that does what they advertise and say they will do. They also provide the Customer with a three year warranty of their cleaning work. I'm happy, my wife is happy, OKSoftwash Roof & Exterior Cleaning is happy and my house looks great again. I highly recommend this prompt, polite, professionally run Five Star Company for your exterior cleaning needs.

Just wanted to give OKSoftWash and Rick Salley a great review.
He and his partner came out to our house for 2 days and cleaned all of our out buildings and our house roof….. these were all pretty nasty with dirt and we thought sap from trees, but he said it was some kind of mold, and alittle sap.
When I got his estimate….. I was very surprised at the cost …. Pretty expensive, but then I thought about the fact that my husband and I didn’t have the knowledge or equipment to do this ourselves plus we would have been at it for about 3 weeks or more.
Or Greenhouse looks like new again…. It was amazing. All roofs look good and the playhouse and slide look very inviting to the kids.
Very happy with their service and would highly recommend.

Recently moved in to our new home and the previous owners allowed algae to grow enough to make the siding and soffit look ugly. OKSoftwash showed up and did a great job getting it all off. They did a good job making sure our lawn/plants didn’t receive any damage from the solution they used. I enjoyed how quick they worked without slacking on the quality of their work. We just bought our retirement home on the lake. The previous owner had allowed feral cats in the 3 car garage. ? We had OK Softwash come to rid our garage of the REALLY BAD cat urine smell. The owner of OK Softwash was right on time & went right to work. He cleaned the floors, walls, & the ceilings with his solution. He then used his amazing floor brush cleaner equipment on the garage floors & then the drive & sidewalks. It was amazing how quick all that concrete was cleaned. His cleaning solution also killed the many “bad, nasty” spiders. His price was very reasonable. We are very pleased with the end product. Due to the severe “badness” of the cat urine smell, we have had to use 3 applications of the 2::1 vinegar/water solution, but the initial treatment was a great start. Thanks for making the trip to our retirement home.
