We had issues with our drain lines backing up. Within just a few hours J & M were able to come out and had amazing customer service. They explained everything well, gave tips on how to prevent future problems, and were able to offer an estimate on a future service we would like to have done. We will certainly be using them again in the future!
Although I was unable to this firm, Joel tried very hard to help me with my sewer issue. Unfortunately, his time schedule prohibited him from helping me in a timely manner. He was the only company who responded promptly and was upfront with the intense damage involved. I used a competitive priced company who was available but hope to do future business with Joel.
On August 20 2024, I had a full kitchen set delivered. The installers had trouble getting the gas attachment off to place a new one on for my new stove. I contacted J&M rooter to see if they could remove the part.
The Individual Joel stated he could come by to remove and was 2 minutes away.
When I say they were a blessing.
Joel and Kyle came as the installers were about finished installing all other appliances. Kyle and Joel took the part off and the installers were able to install my stove.
I don’t give alot of reviews due to companies always disappoint me by messing up items causing issues while also having bad customer service.
