Today I went out to my car to find a flat tire. I am not close to any automotive shops, so I called H&H. They were at my house within the hour, put on the spare tire and took the flat tire back to the shop, repaired it and brought it back to me and put it back on my car. Doing all of this and then they refused to charge me for this service. That is what you call real customer service which is hard to find these days. They were polite and friendly, and I highly recommend them.

My spare car was overheating for about a week. I could not find any other mechanic in Sequoyah County to help and I did not want to drive to Fort Smith while my car was overheating. I found Cody on a Google search and gave Cody a call. He was polite and set me up a time to drop off my car. He repaired my car promptly and kept me updated on the issue. He was professional and respectful. I will recommend Cody to others. If I ever have any other issues in the upcoming future I will be calling him. Thank You Cody!
