A Better installed our first unit 22 years ago when we built our house, and they just installed a new unit to replace the original. They are professional, courteous and honest and i would highly recommend them.
I have used A Better since 2018. Always had a good experience. I had my HVAC and furnace replaced yesterday. I went to work and came home to them finishing up the job and cleaning up. They charged me just what they quoted. I am very pleased.
I set an appointment to have the heat and air checked on a house I'm listing for sale.
I was pleased with my experience as a whole save one thing. The office personnel told me they would call when a tech was en route to the house, so I could meet them. They actually called and told me he was there, so I had to scramble to get around and meet the tech.
That being said the tech had already started cleaning/checking the outside unit while I was en route which saved time.
The system check was uneventful and he installed a new thermostat I had purchased. Insured everything was operating properly and the cost was reasonable approximately $250.
