His store is a bit rough on the outside in an older location- but very welcoming on the inside. He asked for 2 hours. I thought he would turn the hem under and sew together. Instead, he removed the buttons, split the seam and made the sleeve look exactly like it did originally. It was a beautiful job. I paid him 25 & tip. 1000% happy.
