My older shih tzu has arthritis, so I always worry about him standing too long during grooming sessions. The groomer explained that they could give him short breaks whenever needed, which immediately made me more comfortable leaving him there. When I picked him up, his fur looked soft and tidy without looking overly trimmed down. They also cleaned around his eyes carefully so he could see better again. He walked out calm instead of stiff or uncomfortable, which meant a lot to me.
Kelly does such an amazing job on my havapoo... And I love that she doesn't keep my dog in a kennel all day. That was a huge deciding factor for me. Millie hated going to her last groomer. She would start shaking as soon as we walked in the door. Kelly has changed her mind. Been with her almost 2 years now. I having standing appts.. She is always busy!
Me & my family are so excited every time we drop our Roxie off to be giving the treatment she gets bath ? nails trimmed ear cleaning etc: she always comes home happy after being pampered she goes every 2 weeks her coat is nice & shiny white teeth paws & nails well groomed the staff is very professional all of are 4 kids are grown & roxie is our 5th child & we love her just like she's a real person & Designer Dogs ? treats her just the same we will always be a customer of theirs & I highly recommend them to everyone that I know whom has a pet thank you Kelly & staff for all you guys & gals do ❤️
