I had asked Ellis if MF&S could/would assist me with installing a new gas double stacked commercial oven for our Elementary School. Not only did they help with the installation but helped me remove the old double unit. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very quick and efficient service and very client oriented. Top notch service. Great communication. Called ahead before arriving per our request. Cleaned and inspected the fireplace & chimney. Showed us how to use fireplace properly and maintain it (new home purchase). Tyler is the MVP & deserves a raise. Tyler did not pay me to say that.
Both Ellis and Tyler were very nice and professional. We were very pleased with their quality of service of cleaning our wood stove insert and flu. We will definitely call for thier service next year.
