I absolutely love this place have been going here for years very comfortable atmosphere and more than enough equipment and weights for all types of workouts also has great tanning beds! And at a great price. Love the owner she is awesome!!

I stopped in this gym for light cardio and a tan. It's small but it's all female...there's plenty of everything you'd need to maintain your body including classes. I'd definitely recommend
