I was in and out very fast which was such a relief because I was in so much pain. The staff was friendly, the doctor was quick, efficient and listened to me. (Sad that this is not common for women)
I could've had a terrible day out of town for father's day but they got me feeling better from appointment to the antibiotics being picked up, taken, and kicking in was all a within an hour. Saved my weekend.

Was able to see us when others couldn't, wait time was typical to a little faster then typical urgent cares. Being able to schedule an appt time/get in line online is a wonderful feature that eliminates the need to sit in a waiting room with people that could have something contagious different from what you have. Did sit in the car and wait to go in until 10 mins before appt time but was called back 30 mins after appt time, this is the nature of urgent care/walk-ins and health issues ahead of you. Still thankful for being seen and less wait time sitting in a waiting room around others. Staff was friendly, helpful and thorough. Over all a Good experience

Very pleasant experience from start to finish. The male receptionist was very pleasant and professional. The Wait time was reasonable and then the nurse and doctor were both very kind, knowledgeable and provided excellent treatment
