They sold me four new tires at a great price and I get balance and rotation for the life of the tires. They have worked on my other family members cars too and did wonderful for them too. Highly recommend.

My husband travels for work, and hit an animal on the road late at night in Oklahoma. A large piece of his car was dragging on the ground, so we assumed he'd be stuck there overnight. Thank goodness we found Precision Automotive - they're open 24/7 with an "after hours/on call" line. They answered my husbands call, asked him to text a picture of our car and gave us safe and sound advice to ensure he could drive and get back home. We're so grateful to have found Precision in our time of need... especially it being so late at night in a city we're not familiar with. Thanks so much!Services: General repairs & maintenance

We had an breakdown the night before Thanksgiving en route from Dallas to Kansas. We had little hope for getting help on Thanksgiving Day. Our calls to several service centers went to VM until I found Precision. Derrick indicated they were supporting appointments and emergency calls. Hearing our situation he agreed to help and arrived within the hour — no notice on THANKSGIVING MORNING!!! Derrick had to make two trips from his shop to get tools needed and he had us on the road 45 minutes later. I asked what his fee was and because he didn’t normally do the scope of work needed he said he would take what we thought was fair. Our gratitude goes beyond the dollar amount... read full review
