The instructors are have experience in multiple martial arts, they are patient, very kind and caring, and worked great with my children. They have a heart for the community, ensure that kids can appropriately handle or diffuse a bullying situation, as well as enhance their students self confidence. The classes at the school are for adults as well and I found the classes to be helpful, engaging, and great exercise!

My granddaughter absolutely loves going to class here. She loves the instructors and looks forward to going! It has helped her in a very short time with her self confidence and control. The patience the staff has with a 10 yr old is amazing.

Instructors are so patient& good with the kids , my child looks forward to every class & we have never had a day where we had an unpleasant experience, it is a very welcoming, accepting environment
