Extremely rude. BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL! I found out it was actually the owner who came to my service call when I called to report him. He talked to me like a dog. He felt he could do that because I am a single woman, but that is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. He flat out refused to pull a toilet to clear the clog, lying saying that it wouldn't do anything. I asked him TWICE! What kind of self respecting plumber could just leave me with sewage coming up my drains into my house?! BTW I called MURRAY PLUMBING the next day and he immediately cleared the clog through my toilet. Just like I begged Hamptons Plumber, owner to do. BUYER BEWARE!! I don’t write reviews often. I have Old Republic Home Insurance and was hoping we’d get a good plumber. We were issued Hampton’s. We had a leaky valve I tried to repair but couldn’t. James came out at 6pm the same day we made our request when he could have pushed it off to later in the week. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. They took care of my issue and gave advice on future work. Personally, I’ve added Hampton’s to my list of people I’ll have on speed dial for help.

he was a wonderful man and he did an amazing job when he got here and even let my son help him I was so amazed by the guy I didn't catch his name but he was just amazing I recommend you guys to everyone thank u from bottom of my heart thank u so much
