I just took my one year old Pomeranian there today. It was his first grooming experience so I knew he would be nervous. When I went in for my appointment I was only scheduled for a bath even though I thought that I booked a full grooming appointment. Thankfully they were so kind and even though they were busy they were able to get him in for the full groom. Which was so nice instead of having to reschedule, so from the beginning their customer service was wonderful.

Beth always does a fantastic job grooming my puppy. She is incredibly talented and takes such great care of my dog. Every visit to Zoom Groom results in a happy pup and a great-looking cut. Highly recommended!

Appointment was made over the phone. Easy access to get into establishment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dropped my baby off and they were finished in under 3 hours. When I arrived my sweet fur baby was so pretty with a fresh new trim and clean!! She smelled so good! The cost of services were very reasonable!
