Completed paperwork fast the remaining balance of the home was paid off within 24 hours. The only issue I had was I was planning on having the profit from the sell wired to my account, but before asking our preference they cut a check. The problem with a check is that it ismade out to both my wife and I meaning we both had to be present to deposit the check which is difficult with our schedules. Wish they would have asked first.
