They came out to my house and did not do everything quoted to me and even after the manager came back out and I showed them the issues, the manager said all I can do is give you a $6 dollar discount despite the fact that I had to pay someone to do what they charged me for. I gave them an opportunity to do right by me and giving me a $6 discount apparently is Servpro’s way of taking care of the customer.

I had a great experience with the water mitigation team. Zack, Dusty, and Jose demonstrated professionalism by working fast, answering questions, and most of all cleaned up the work area. I would definitely use SERVPRO again if needed.

I tried using my own dehumidifier for the first couple of days after we had water overflow. This did not dry out the wood or walls one bit. Serv Pro put heavy duty commercial dehumidifiers and it brought the humidity level down tremendously in one day!
