Technician was professional and super helpful. He explained in detail what he found and offered solutions without trying to sell me anything. Just got a new AC unit put in. You guys did outstanding work. The lead install guy was Joey-- you did great, man! Very respectful and accommodating. I really appreciated the hard work, knowledge, and professionalism. Definitely recommend this company.
Had Patriot come out and quote me for a new AC. They were out within 24 hours and were very professional and courteous. Their quote came out to thousands less than the next closest offer. They worked with me every step of the way and stayed in constant contact and did not once get irritated with all my questions along the way. Out of the 3 company’s I had come out to quote the unit they were the ONLY one that showed up when they said they were going to be here.
