First, I want to say, that I worked for Alltech myself until last year and I can vouch for their ethics and methods but also know the high caliber technicians, they employ. But we also still use them for our HVAC needs and have never been disappointed. Today, Dustin spent half his workday at our home trying to get our AC unit up and running and did not leave until he had the right part and fixed us up. Great job!
We appreciate Kevin 's knowledge and his insight with the equipment and also how quickly he came out to explain things for us. He is a caring person and you can tell that he likes doing his job It shows. I totally admire his dedication to make sure that we are Satisfied and not trying to sell things, But ensuring that the equipment is working great. He is an outstanding example of what Customer service is. Great job )))
I want to thank Benjamin for everything he did. He's a very nice young man and caring. I will only have AllTech service anything in my home, forever. This company really cares and honest and very dependable. And gives you a sound mind cause they know their business and they care, unlike other companies I've dealt with in the past.
