Overhead Door Company of the Great Plains

They scammed me. I paid a fee for them to measure etc. it was supposed to be applied to purchase. I thought a door was on order for me. Months later I discovered they had never even placed my order.
They just took the deposit money.

I called the local number but it does not work. The same thing happened last year and they said they were working on it. Not sure how I connected with them but if you are a national franchise you would think you would have this corrected by now. Update your Google My Business account to show your number if you want my business or anyone elses. Not sure how a business person would not recognize this a serious problem.

Definitely couldn’t be happier with how the work was done. But the service itself is what brought it from a 5 star to a 2 star. We called to have our springs replaced and the technician suggested we get our door replaced which we agreed to but it was not explained to us that the new door would come with a new spring. If we had been notified, we would have just got the new door instead of being out $300+ for the springs they replaced and took back after they just replaced them.
