Staff was very caring, and the vet explained everything throughly. There was no doubt that he listened to everything we had to say and cared just as much about our pet as we did.

I love Dr. S, he is patient and listens without pushing for expensive tests and unnecessary procedures. I have 5 pooches and all 5 are new patients and I have NO regrets:)

I have unfortunately been to many, many vets in this area and I have come to a similar dilemma that I arrive to when looking for care for myself. I want a practice that will take my concerns seriously, and lend their expertise in helping me make decisions about care, without pressuring me into unwanted tests/procedures that will cost me greatly.

I imagine that's a difficult balance to keep because this year I found many vet offices in this town that had either an unconcerned affect or pushed every test at me without consideration of what I wanted.

Since finding Oak Ridge I've been very satisfied with their care. I love how friendly and helpful the staff is here. They do a great job of listening to my concerns and educating me so I can make informed decisions. I don't feel pressured to have anything done that I don't want and I'm always informed of an accurate cost for any recommended or requested tests/procedures. The cost of care is quite affordable and scheduling appointments has been easy as well.

I'm happy to have finally found veterinary care that meets our needs.

I love this place! Everyone is so nice and helpful and I always get a quick response. The admin staff even helped me give my dog his medicine because I was having a hard time doing it. totally 5 stars!

This place is hands down the best there is. The staff are amazing, helpful, kind, informative and patient. They helped my fur baby out & I couldn't pay the cost but they didn't care to much about that. They were concerned about my puppies life more & helped her anyway. Y'all are truly rare & amazing from the bottom of my heart I thank y'all!! Keep up the greatness!!

I have been to many veterinary clinics over the years. When I first came to Oakridge I was impressed with the atmosphere and diligence of the staff, not just the veterinarians and the technicians but the front desk as well. They are genuinely concerned about the well being of any pet in question and they do all that they can to provide the care that is needed. They have saved many of my precious children and I am forever grateful. The endless care they provided to those I have lost is immeasurable. I could never ask for a better group of care givers. My only regret is not knowing of them sooner. I will always continue with Oakridge regardless of what anyone else might comment on another veterinary clinic. They truly are the best and because of my experience with them no one could ever convince otherwise. They are a God send. May they always be blessed with the knowledge and commitment to continue with caring for our beloved children. Thank you always for all you do.
