Have had the Tech over several times to fix some of our appliances. Always does great work and on time. Very forthcoming with his assessments of the problems which allows us to determine to either have it fixed or replace the appliance.

I was able to ask online to get someone to come out to look at my washer in my dryer. Someone suggested Mr. Appliance, so I went to the website and filled out a form. Was disappointed because I didn't get a reply back and when I emailed them and said I was upset, that they had not responded in three days. I had a call the next day. They had evidently been out here and just gotten back. They came right out. The people were very knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job. He went over and above what I was expecting. Unfortunately, the dryer couldn't be fixed but the washer could and it's running perfect now. I would definitely suggest trying these people out, I was very impressed...read full review

This was a pleasant service experience. Jake was friendly and polite. This company was the only company that I could find that was willing to come out and actually look for a mouse underneath my freezer.I had told them I was willing to pay for a cleaning if they would help me remove the mouse. When the technician couldn't find the mouse underneath my freezer, he looked underneath my washing machine, my dryer, and even looked in the water heater cabinet.I also had the company vacuum out my dryer and replace my intake valve on my washing machine. I will definitely use this company again if I have any appliances that need repair.
