The service tech was very knowledgeable about my washer. Ordered the necessary parts, which came in a timely manner. The installation process took about an hour and a half. Once the parts were installed, he cleaned up after himself and then tested the washer for leaks. The parts and the labor was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

They diagnosed the issue with my washer, took their time fixing, and stayed while my machine ran a cycle to make sure everything worked before leaving. I also have a 30 day guarantee in case it goes out again. Highly recommend!

Dryer went out on a Saturday afternoon Labor day weekend...it was fixed on Labor Day...very professional, had all parts to fix our Maytag, and gave us great advice on how to care for it in the future
