I’ve been a patient of Dr. Birdwell for about 15 years. Excellent doctor and staff. It’s hard to find a doctor that actually cares these days.

I went there to do a physical ,drug test and TB TEST for pre-employment.My employer told me to send her a picture of the TB test results so I ask then for a copy of my TB test to send it to the employer .When I asked them for the copy the lady's at the front desk I dont know if you can call them that but!!!! They got attitude rolled their eyes and told me that I can not get a copy because they have a contract with my employer. I try to explain them that my employer was the one that ask me to send her a copy, I even told them to email her and ask her, then when I ask them why I can't get a copy of my own TB test ? the only thing that come from her mouth was because you did not pay for it ,and one of the "lady's "told me to to step outside of the clinic . I think I should be able to make question and they should be able to answer my questions professionally, but instead they got mad for not reason.I never say anything wrong to them if making question is a issue for them this lady's really have a problem . I just posting this review to suggest the doctor to send this lady's to a training class or get them some kind of help because, rolling their eyes and being rude is not professional at all I hope they're not relate to Dr Brian because I will feel sorry for him.

I just want to THANK YOU, Dr Brian Birdwell and your excellent staff! I have never seen a doctor care for his patients as much as you do, even made a house call when I was unable to get to the clinic. And when I do get to the clinic, I am never rushed thru my appointment so the doctor can move on to his next patient. He takes the time to find out everything that is happening in my life, and makes sure all my prescriptions are up to date so I'm never without my medication. I have been a patient of Dr Birdwell for a good number of years, my mother was also a patient of his until she passed away in March 2013. I cannot imagine changing doctors for any reason. No other doctor would take the time and effort he spends on each of his patients. Again, THANK YOU Dr Birdwell and your staff, thank you.

My first appointment at Main St. Clinic was so much more than I had anticipated! When I walked in the door Gabrielle greeted me with a big smile and instantly put me at ease. Kelly (nurse) took my vitals and asked all the new patient questions. She is such a kind, warm person! I felt as though I was talking to a friend! Then Katherine (nurse practitioner) entered the room with a big smile! She spent an hour and forty five minutes with me and was incredibly down to earth and thorough! I still can’t believe the amount of care I received at this appointment. I can honestly say I have never experienced a doctor’s visit like this one. Katherine actually listened to me in such a concerned and caring way. When I mentioned I had chest pains a few weeks ago she immediately ordered an EKG. Within minutes Kelly came in and ran the tests which showed no problems with my heart. What a relief! NO charge for the test! Unbelievable!!! I will recommend this clinic and Katherine to everyone! If you do not have insurance and need QUALITY healthcare this is the place to go!!!!
