I had a very frustrating experience with this business and would not recommend them.
I originally booked a couples massage for a specific date and even called ahead to confirm. During that call, I was told that a couples massage was not actually available on the date I had booked, so I requested a refund. Instead of honoring that request, they rescheduled me to a different date and time without my agreement—at a time when I was working and could not possibly attend.
Later, when I tried to use my gift card, I discovered that funds were missing. When I called to ask about it, I was told I had been marked as a “no call, no show” for the rescheduled appointment—the one I never agreed to in the first place. I explained this, but the owner refused to take responsibility, would not issue a refund, and was argumentative instead of helpful.
This situation could have been easily resolved with basic customer service and accountability. Instead, I was charged for an appointment I never consented to and denied a fair resolution. Very disappointing experience.

Kaylia is very professional and educated in her craft. I booked a massage for my mother and she gave an experience, not just a massage. My mother was relaxed and she really enjoyed it and will be booing on a regular. Her experience made the rest of the family want to book also. I highly recommend.

This was the most amazing massage I have ever had and I have gotten many. Kaylia is a wonderful massage therapist who made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. All of the knots and aching muscles felt relaxed and calm when I left. Her space is warm and cozy and inviting and I will definitely recommend this place 100%. I’ve already booked my next appointment ‼️

I really enjoyed my time at kneading Soul Therapy. I was addressed professionally when I walked into the establishment it was very clean and organized. While I was getting my massage my masseuse was very knowledgeable of what was going on with me. I am so grateful to have people who know what they're doing and provide the service I needed in an excellent manner.

My sciatic nerve was acting up again, googled massage businesses and this one came up among others. Read the reviews and they are all awesome. Had the pleasure of booking Kaylia and it was awesome!!
I booked a 1.5 hour Swedish massage and I felt so light and relaxed afterward. I immediately booked a 1.5 hr one for my husband. Will definitely book again!

I got a hour sports massage from angel it was my first ever massage and it was magnificent she hit every spot that NEEDED to be hit and she knew what she was doing she also constantly made sure it was good pressure and never too much I am 100% coming back next paycheck for another massage. I am going to also tell my mom about this place so when she comes to visit me we can get her a good massage too thank you so much 10/10 100% would recommend
