We’ve always used a different popular carpet cleaning service in Elgin but decided to try Scott’s after reading some reviews on Elgin Informed. He did an amazing job and was in and out quickly. We could tell the difference in the look and feel of our carpet compared to the previous company we had used. We will be using Scott’s again in the future!

I would highly recommend Justin for cleaning your carpets. We had a pipe in our kitchen break and water got all in our dinning room. I texted him late at night and he was here the following morning at 10:00 sucking the water up and cleaning it. I appreciate his help , and the carpet look awesome.
