I did the intro to Aerial today and really enjoyed it. My body wasn't ready for all that yoga! Haha The instructors were all patient and willing to help me anyway they could. It was a great way to figure out what my strengths are and what I need to work on. Excellent experience! Looking forward to many more classes!

I am an extreme beginner when it comes to yoga and my flexibility doesn't really exist anymore (although I grew up a dancer & danced semipro in college for a yr) - I am very weak but feel so comfortable there with Diana and I feel very welcome! I highly recommend coming here and I look forward to regaining strength and flexibility and finding peace within! I love love love it!
