Their processes and communication have increased so much over the years. I never worry about the homes and know they are taken care of and kept in great condition.
Steve is especially helpful. He provides an unparalleled level of service and support, ensuring the homes are in the best condition possible, continually exceeding the standards for our tenants, and when issues arise he responds quickly and effectively.
Edited: I came from out of state and didn't have the opportunity to look at the house before moving in. They never disclosed there was a mouse problem. I walked in and there were mouse traps already set up. They set up a curtesy exterminator since we are within the first 30 days. While I am disappointed that the problem wasn't disclosed prior to move-in, I'm happy with how quickly they handled my complaint.

Me and my family have been renting from Crossroads almost a year. We are extremely happy. Anytime we call about anything, they are very nice, and very prompt with fixing things. I would recommend Crossroads to anyone looking for a nice home to rent. ❤️
