I had such a great experience with Alltech Heating and Air Conditioning today! My AC went out and they were able to send someone out after hours very fast. Daniel was the technician, and he was friendly, professional, and had my AC back up and running in no time! Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend Daniel from Alltech Southwest if you need reliable heating and air work done!
Adam was my service tech on an AHS warranty call. He was extremely professional and educational as to what was going on with my systems. He was able to immediately diagnose the issues with my system and repair under warranty within minutes. If I have to use AHS or any HVAC company again, I will specifically request Alltech and for Adam to come do the work. It was honestly a pleasure to interact with him and I would trust his professionalism and expertise any time! Thanks Adam!
I just had to unexpectedly purchase a new A/C system. The tech Adam and Emily walked me through the process while explaining every step. Emily got me a great deal professionally. The installers are here this morning with the same professionalism, and I'm going to have a cool home shortly. I really appreciate this group.
