THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have never seen a company be so disrespectful of time, and of military. If you are active duty military i highly suggest not to use this company. The receptionist and owner are extremely rude. If you need a good foundation company call trition foundation out of Tulsa, they travel to lawton and are unbelievably amazing!!

The entire process was simple and easy. The Estimator came out and evaluated the house and talked us through what we could expect.The work crew were excellent, very professional and got the entire project done in three days.Thank you!

Do not use this company. Do not trust their “warranty.” They will use EVERY excuse in the book not to honor it as mentioned in another review. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! They will also avoid your calls and will not call you back no matter how many messages you leave and no matter how many times they assure you they will give you a call back after they speak with their business partner.

I purchase a home that had warranty through this company. I Started having foundation problems so called to set up an appointment. I was told they would call me back once they got my email of warranty but they never did. After a few days I call back and no one has any idea of the call or my emails. After more emails i finally set an appointment 1 month out... the day of the appointment it was ice and raining. No one ever came or even called to reschedule or notify me of any changes. Mind you I also work so its hard to just get a day off. I called to see what the issue was they said no one was home. Which was a lie because 4 people were at the house ALL DAY since the weather was bad. No big deal i reschedule ANOTHER MONTH OUT... they were suppose to come today. Now they can't come out because I didn't confirm through text before 3pm. I would suggest calling earlier in the week to confirm appointments NOT a couple hours prior to the company closing. After seeing other reviews it makes sense. Very disappointed in this companies customer service.

DO NOT USE AAA Guardian Foundation! First some of their 5 star reviews are by people who work for the company (Minnie).I had AAA Guardian Foundation come out to my home and they did "work" on my foundation. They said they do not hire anyone off the streets, until some of the crew doesn't show up.They will claim the owner was not home, even when they show up 30 minutes past the appointment time. They will also claim they can not contact the owner, when they have the owners phone number and e-mail.They will find an excuse to not do another reading on your house after they have done "work" on your house, until after the 3 year warranty is up.They provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the piers, but they will find an excuse not to actually adhere to the warranty.Do yourself a favor and use a different company!

I had work done over six months ago that was not done correctly. They were responsive to try and fix the issue at first but made it worse at each round. The second round they foam lifted my porch but cracked it in half and pushed the brick away from the house and cracked the brick. Then they ripped up half the porch and had to re-pour it. Before they poured the concrete I texted that I was concerned that the concrete would permanently fix the broken brick to the new concrete. They didn't answer and that is what happened. The destroyed the front porch of my house and now it looks horrible on the one side. I wish I never made the mistake of calling them. They did issue a refund but it will cost more than that to repair the damage to the front of my house. Do not hire them. It will be the worst mistake you can make. Also there are two owners, the woman was nice on site and tried to hear concerns. The man was rude, dismissive, and tried to deflect blame onto us. If I could give this a lower rating I would.
