My favorite R.V. spot I have came across so far! Everything you need in one location; beautiful swimming pool, fishing (big catfish), laundry, showers, ice and even a pickle ball court. Spacious pull-in sites. Very clean resort overall, and there is a fun and welcoming ambiance amongst the fellow campers. To add to all of that, Lake Texoma is also only five minutes away.. can’t get any better than that!
This will be my first choice when I come back to the lake. Thank you Peggy and Steve for accommodating my last minute extensions, and the awesome fishing. We will be back!

I lived there years ago I had the five bedroom it was nice the only issue I had was the water is all on one bill for the whole park and just because we had the biggest trailer we had to pay more even though we didn't use that much I wanted to buy the trailer and would have too still will if it's available

Me and my wife own to house trailers in this trailer park the manager is very friendly neighborhood watch very good place to be living if you have kids nothing has gotten stolen because of the neighborhood watch
