Service person always shows up during time designated and I have never has to wait more than 1 day. They are very professional. I have 3 units and they have replaced 1 and serviced and older unit a few times keeping it running for me. Mallard will always be my 1st call.

I appreciate the fact that that David came out on a holiday weekend only to find out the compressor was frozen up and nothing could be diagnosed until the unit thawed. David returned on Sunday to run his diagnostic check! Not good! ? but he hasn’t given up! Thanks David!

Great service & very professional, on time, explained all repair prior to completing. Above and beyond expectations. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend. Can’t express great David is, shows up on time, very respectful and does a great job. I didn’t know that indoor unit was so dirty, more air flow than I’ve had since I bought my home 12yrs ago.
