Definitely went the extra mile and discovered the problem with my AC was a faulty installation of the drain pipe shown below under my house! Very efficient and thorough. Highly Recommend!

I had another company come out and overcharge me and the part they installed went out an hour later when I was out of town. They were wanting to charge me nearly $900 for a motor. I am so grateful I found Mallard, Jose came out on Saturday afternoon and installed a new motor for less than half that price. He definitely went the extra mile in customer service and was very nice, polite, and trustworthy. I will definitely be using Mallard for everything I need in the future going forward..

I called on a Sunday evening regarding a property I have in Kingston, OK. David came out around noon on Monday. He was able to trouble shoot the issue and resolve the problem quickly. I appreciate the quick response, even more so being it's 98 degrees in the middle of the summer. Professional and timely service, good job and thank you sir
