Lived here for 17 years. Lived it for the just party. Lately however, we have had trouble getting into the 412 gate as access had been restricted. Also the phones have been down quite often which prohibits access to the gate and we are not given an alternative point of contact. Frustrating to need security or to call in a guest and not have anyone to call and the security number is our of order.

The pool was very fun, the other guests/ members were respectful that we had our baby out there. And this pool is a little deeper. Not bad temp for early August either.

I've lived here 25 years first time I've been bullying my Flint ridge security . For making a comment that somebody put on flint ridge's page saying that he sleeps on the job which is true .

There are 2 lakes, lots of river access points, beautiful views and more. There’s a golf course, mini golf, a park for the kids, pool tables, 3 swimming pools, kayaking/canoeing & 3 camping areas. This is a wonderful place to live and great to visit. Check out the 4th of July celebration and watch fireworks while swimming in the pool!
