The front desk was extremely kind from the moment I called to when I left! She made sure I was able to find the office with no problem. She worked with me to get on the schedule! Dr.Ridpath looked at my x-rays & didn’t budge, there was no judgment the whole time I was there! He talked me through everything! Explaining all my options & so much more. “I had a great experience with my dental hygienist today. I have a very strong gag reflex and torus mandibularis, which usually makes X-rays difficult, but she did an amazing job. The X-rays were comfortable, didn’t hurt, and I didn’t gag at all, which is a big deal for me.

She was also very thorough with my cleaning and made the whole visit feel easy and positive. I was really impressed that she remembered me from my last visit and even recalled details I had shared before. That personal touch meant a lot.
