The absolute worst experience I’ve had with any tax professional. First I had to constantly stay on them to see any progress, they would not respond to their messages on the provided app, and everytime I did get ahold of them they needed something else which prolonged the process. Then on top of that, I signed my return to have them tell me a week later (after I ask why it wasn’t submitted) they had to redo it because they did it wrong and went from a large return to almost nothing. To top it all off they did not submit the required paperwork and when I informed them it was needed I had a response of “I figured they would probably need that”. Due to that it bumped me to the back of the line in the state and it’s 4 months later and still don’t have my return. They did refund me $100 for my trouble and I still paid more than I ever have for anyone else to do them!

The BEST there is! Has done my personal and business taxes for several years. I now have him doing taxes for EVERYONE in my family!!! More than knowledgeable and fair, but an all around incredible person as well! I cannot say enough good things about Paula Hardy and Woodland Tax Service!

Mr. Hardy is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We were thrilled when he was able to work us in when another CPA had failed to deliver. He saved us more money than he charged. We highly recommend.
