If you can’t have fun at South Lakes I don’t want an invitation to your party…? Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from Colorado to everyone teeing it up at South Lakes. EJ and I teed it up in Pueblo, CO today and were randomly paired with Chris and Pat Richard. I happened to have a Tulsa Country Club and Muscogee ball marker in my pocket today before we met on the tee…so I guess it was meant to be! Pat said to yell at Margaret Kelt Roller! She promised to come play South Lakes Golf Course when she returns home to Broken Arrow! Maggie, she still plays beautifully!

Challenging course for a beginner but it was a lot of fun too! I had an opportunity to use every club in my bag while exploring all over the court. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend!
August 2025
This course was much better than the last course I played in the Tulsa area (LaFortune). The course itself (greens, fairways, tee boxes, etc.) were in pretty good shape. I did notice that some of the fringes were pretty eaten up, but all in all it was pretty good shape.
It must be a Tulsa thing, though, because most of the tee boxes only had one tee marker out. This creates quite the conundrum when playing a tournament since it's impossible to define a tee box without two markers.
