Wasted a full day waiting on a plumber to arrive and they called the end of day and said they weren't going to make it. (Should have called earlier so I could have called someone else.) I called the company to let them know what happened and the guy said he would call another to come out. That never happened and he didn't call me back to tell me they were to busy or whatever the reason. On top of that the original guy didn't have any of my information he should have had. Guess there isn't much communication between office and technicians. Never again!

They guy that's owns this place is rude. I had them come out. The guy didn't know what he was doing. I called and spoke to the owner and told him that the plumbing was not fixed. He said he would send someone out. 2 day later I called again and the owner acted like I was lying about it not being fixed. I already paid them and they would not fix the problem. I called again a couple day later and the owner answered I told him my name and he just hung up. I tried calling back and he kept sending me to VM.

I have used this company several times over the past 10 years for different things at different houses. They have always done a great job at reasonable prices. They are always friendly to deal with and able to get out and take care of my problem quickly.
