I have over 50 classes under my belt now and have taken a variety of classes by various instructors. Hands down top two instructors are Jara and Holly. Both explain things clearly and concisely. They walk up and down the aisle offering assistance if needed, verbal and tactile cues. I'm paying for their expertise, I want to be corrected! And they do it in the most subtle, quiet way. They are fun, energetic but still very professional and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients well being.

Jara is so wonderful for hyping you up during the workout. Her energy is contagious and music is great. Susan is the most informative if you are a beginner, but all instructors have been wonderful thus far (I’m only a couple months in)

I had my flow 1 class with Becky. She was very helpful in guiding me through some of the moves I didn’t know. I will definitely be taking more classes with her again. Thank you for such a great class, Becky!
