2B Cool HVAC provides HVAC contracting, heating and cooling, and air duct cleaning services. One customer called after their home was about 21° outside and close to that inside for 3 days. A polite young man, the owner, came to take a look within 10 minutes. He cleaned off a couple of orifices and ignited the pilot light that wasn't staying lit. The customer could not pay until getting a check, and the owner said that was fine. When the customer called to ask how much was owed, the owner said, "Merry Christmas, you don't owe me anything!" The customer was flabbergasted and felt blessed, expecting a big bill for a service call and fixing the heater. Another customer had Brad complete a botched installation by another contractor, and he was able to quickly redo everything correctly. Brad operates a very professional business, is attentive to detail, and is family oriented. Customers highly suggest and recommend 2B Cool HVAC and will definitely call for services again.
This is the only HVAC service in the area I use. I asked for several quotes around the area last time I had a new HVAC solution needed. Not only did 2BCool answer promptly with a good solution, but they were the only ones I reached out to that actually showed up to see what I had going on after weeks of trying. When the AC is down, you're going to need fast service, so I went with them and I have never been sorry. There have been multiple days that they had me fixed on the same day of the service call.
It was about 21° outside and close to that inside too. It was like that for 3 days. I finally decided to call a heat and air company. The first company to pop up was 2BCool. I called and yalked to a very polite young man.. He saidh he didn't work on this kind of heater.. before our conversation was over he said he would come take a look at it. He and another young man showed up within 10 minutes. I was impressed!
He cleaned off a couple of orphuses and ignited the pilot light that wasn't staying lit. We talked a few minutes while waiting to see if it was going to work. It stayed lit. Halelujah!
