On 1-8-2025 I had a Trane furnace and AC installed. They were very expedient to get here as the 20 year old furnace died and leaking CO. Having new windows and doors in 2008, I stayed warm. The furnace is upstairs (live in a condo). On 4-16 I noticed water on the floor downstairs below the furnace. I knew immediately the AC had frozen over due to lack of coolant or something related. I turned off the AC and got rid of the water. I called 4-21. The person that came out to inspect thought he was going to have to go inside the wall to check out the pipe. Said he needed a helper and would be out the next day. They found the culprit upstairs by the furnace and it was an easy fix from what they showed me. They turned on the AC and waited 15 minutes to make sure everything was working properly. Done deal!! The first two men that installed and the last two men that came out to *fix* were top notch in every way. Everything was under warranty. I also recommended on my FB.
They are professional and answered my numerous questions by going into the detail I needed to make a decision. I have never had a bad experience with anyone from this company.
Much belated but we received outstanding service on a sweltering day from Isai and Zane ~ it was a massive project in an hot attic and 103 degrees outside—Thank you for outstanding service and I’m sorry it took me so long to figure out how to submit a review!
