Greg and Charlie feel more like family than people who show up to fix my AC. Very few people in the AC business service with such honesty these days I’m grateful to have found them. Honest, fair, hardworking and if you’re lucky Charlie will tell you a story that will prove there are still great men in this world.
I’m very pleased with Branch’s HVAC service. They were able to correct the airflow in my ductwork. My attic is very hot and difficult to maneuver on a summer day and yet, they were willing to figure it out and get it done right. My living room is noticeably cooler and the airflow is balanced throughout the whole house. They were hardworking and polite.
Greg was awesome! Made the call toward the end of one day. He was there by 2pm the following day. He quickly identified the problem and got me up and running in under an hour. What I love most is he is honest and works quickly not milking the clock. If anything slows him down by being nosey.
