Whether it's a small repair or a full system upgrade, they focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction every step of the way. Always a great experience and so helpful. Great guys, communicated well, and honest. Highly recommend them. The team was very professional, helping customers understand their situation and even assisting with a mower. They did a great job installing a water line to an outside faucet, working through a tight crawl space in a 1907 home. Work was done in a timely fashion, with helpful quotes and assistance in nightmare situations. Grateful for their willingness to help an elderly person, and they will be used for future projects.
I contacted Gilded Plumbing through Thumbtack to replace a water heater. They responded promptly and also noticed a leaking pipe and fixed that as well. I highly recommend Gilded Plumbing for their promptness, professionalism and quality of work.
Needed new water heater and softener. Gavin and Ryan arrived promptly and were very friendly and professional. They worked hard on a hot day in a crowded garage and got it done quickly. They are knowledgeable guys and taught me a few things. I will use this company again.
Zack came out the same day I called and was timely, professional and friendly. He completed the work and cleaned up. He answered all my questions and provided advice as requested. I couldn’t ask for a more prompt service
