Ray Tyler crew did a complete excavation and replacement of sewer lines all the way from our house to the city line. Installed new backflow box, removed old clay piping, fixed broken and leaking outdoor water faucet interfaced with the city for permits etc. They were very professional, and stayed right with this complex job until finished. They were even very sensitive to covid health concerns when some of the work brought them indoors. Their charges seemed well in line with the volume of work they did. Horrible service. Late 3 times, had to chase them down. Charged double what the original bid was. Owner doesn't return calls. Worst service I have ever received. Avoid this company at all costs. Job was not done correctly, and has thus far cost me an additional $493 over the $1245 these guys charged me. Owner will not accept responsibility for his guys screw ups. Very poor business ethics. Beware of this company!
