Grove, OK 74345 Heating and Air Conditioning

We purchased a new electric furnace and air conditioner last year from them. We started having trouble with it last summer. We called them and told them it was making a loud noise and shaking. He said he knew right where we were at and he would come out to check it out. He never showed up. I called again and no one called back. Turns out the fan inside the furnace blower came apart. It was under warranty but they still failed to repair it. I would Warn anyone from doing business with these people. Find someone that will honor their work. These people do not!

My Unit quit and being a Sunday and Father's Day they here within the hour. Fixed it in about 30 minutes and on their way. Highly recommend!

B&B Heat and Air was very professional and thorough. He answered all of our questions with knowledge of AC units.
